As much as I like to focus on the benefits of the paleo lifestyle, the truth is, everyone goes through growing pains in the beginning. It’s easy to feel isolated, overwhelmed and even resentful when it seems like everyone’s moving at a different speed than you.
Who am I kidding? It’s easy to feel that way at any point in your twenties, regardless of how you’re eating.
A huge part of what got me through my first weeks eating paleo — not to mention my first 18 months of real adult life — was the inspiration I found within the blogging community.
Whether they’ve given me career advice, shifted my perspective on body image, or introduced me to an exciting new cooking technique, each of the voices below has made a big impact on my health journey. Give their blogs a peek, and share your blogger crushes in the comments!
